These sessions are designed for couples who are committed to fostering healthy, meaningful connections. Here, you will learn and practice essential skills such as effective communication, collaborative negotiation, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. Drawing from attachment theory, arousal regulation, and emotionally focused therapy, this approach integrates the PACT and Gottman Method frameworks to help strengthen your bond, deepen emotional connection, improve conflict resolution, and create lasting positive change.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always clear why. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, relationships, or life transitions, understanding the deeper layers of your experience can help bring clarity and healing. In my practice, we explore how attachment patterns shape the way you perceive the world, respond to others, and interact with yourself.
Through the lens of attachment theory, we can uncover the roots of these patterns and how they influence your emotional landscape. We also explore the ways your family history and personal experiences have shaped your worldview and the philosophy that guides your choices. This self-awareness can help gently shift you away from old patterns, guiding you toward a more empowered and authentic way of being.
Anxiety & Depression
When depression and anxiety take hold, it can feel overwhelming and hard to know where to begin. Our work together will focus on practical tools to manage these challenging emotions. We will learn to recognize and address thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression, while developing healthy self-soothing techniques and strategies to regulate emotions. You will also gain increased awareness of personal triggers and build your capacity to tolerate discomfort.
Through this process, we will foster curiosity and compassion for your experience, helping to identify the different parts of yourself that influence your emotions and behaviors. With a focus on resilience, the goal is to make overwhelming feelings more manageable, allowing you to build lasting strength, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
